T.I. “Love This Life” Single Premiere

After months and months of C-grade songs the “Live Your Life” hitmaker finally unveils his official debut from his upcoming album, Troubleman.

Just like the title the song is about loving life, living it to the fullest and other cliched lines. “Love This Life” is a relaxing mid-tempo joint that has T.I. rapping and singing in a soft tone which may not sound like the T.I. you heard recently.

In spite of all its shortcomings “Love This Life” has a beautiful melody unlike many other hip hop songs today therefore making it quite a gamble. So purchase wisely (if you aren’t into piracy).

T.I. ft. Young Jeezy “**** Da City Up” Video Premiere

T.I. is a lyrical genius. “Live Your Life”, “Dead and Gone”, and “Castle Walls” are some of the tracks that he really sends a message on. But his albums always proved to be inconsistent and so does his mixtapes.

This is the first video off the rapper’s recently released mixtape Fuck Da City Up. Unfortunately for him this track is way below par for a rapper of his caliber.
The beat is a definite spin-off from “B.M.F.” and the lyrics are equally unimaginative. Having Young Jeezy on a track of this nature adds to the vibe but sadly Jeezy is one of those overrated rapper’s.

Do not watch! Spend your time elsewhere doing something useful because this number isn’t worth it.

T.I. ft. Pharrell “Hear Ye, Hear Ye” Video Premiere

Hear Ye, Hear Ye the Grand Hustle king has been un-caged and is roaring with pride and suppressed musical energy.

T.I. explodes on the mid-tempo, trumpet blaring track alongside rapper and producer Pharrell. The video also features cameos from B.o.B, Young Jeezy, T.I.’s son and some other familiar people but unknown for the moment.

The video and melody are both simple in nature but emits an aura of swag without the use of expensive cars, jewellery or women for that matter. I guess it’s all thanks to the raw instrumental beat.

If wishes had wings,
They’ll all make it to heaven
then we’d all be kings…

T.I. “Pyro” Single Premiere

T.I. might have been flexin’ with his label mate Big K.R.I.T. since his release from prison but he never released any proper material for a fan to exclaim “TIP’s back!”.

T.I. fires up rhyme after rhyme on this fiery new single produced by the Two Band Geeks which is supposed to be the third single from his upcoming album Trouble Man.
If you love Hip Hop as much as I do then this song is for you. The beat is  reminiscent to those played using a live orchestra and is a must listen to hip hop lovers.

TIP’s back!

T.I. ft. Big K.R.I.T. “I’m Flexin” Video Premiere

The king was finally uncaged after a year long prison sentence and was seen making appearances on a couple of rap songs. After releasing his own versions of some of the prominent hip hop tracks of the year T.I. releases his own production alongside a suitable video.

“I’m Flexin” will probably serve as a buzz single because this track doesn’t have the caliber to match any of his previous gold efforts. The beat, which is supposed to be typically hip hop, turned out to be more than a generic effort although nothing special is heard or seen.

Also I did not hear a verse from Big K.R.I.T. or maybe I dozed off. Yeah I know that name can be turned into a pun. :D

T.I ft. B.o.B “We Don’t Get Down Like Y’all” Single Premiere

T.i b.o.b

Just when we thought T.I has left the building, he surprises us with a monster track. This single is assisted by B.o.B, the only successful artiste from Grand Hustle Records, alas B.o.B only appears only on the hook. This single was recorded when he was first released from prison before been thrown back in again.

The melody is based on a war-march drum beat which is quite popular among hip hop songs. From the rap verses to the hook, this single is simply on FIRE!
