Nelly drops his mellow rap-sung persona for a more hardcore production of cars, money, girls and whatnot on his latest track from his latest mixtape, O.E.M.O.
Veteran T.I. and newcomer 2Chainz (a lil’ jon rip off imo) provides a verse each to the banging and swinging melody. The visuals, although looks a bit cheap, is actually quite good in the black & white setting.
The beat and the catchy chorus is what hooked me on to this single. If a hip hop track is supposed to sound generic then this is how it should sound.

ESPN recruits the rap-singer Nelly to write an uplifting and invigorating song in support of Bowl Week (Football matches between colleges). And the two time Grammy winner did a fabulous job out of it.
With the aid of a marching band drum squad Nelly recites lines of encouraging music to relieve the stress placed on a champion’s shoulders. Again Nelly proves that he is the first & only rapper to successfully sever the fine wide line that separates Hip Hop from R&B.
Beautiful track and is a must listen regardless of what genre you prefer. An uplifting song is uplifting, enough said.
