The video may be over a good 5 minutes in length but ultimately it’s worth it. While K’naan’s debut number with Nas might not be his greatest this track is quite the contrary. And with fellow Canadian Nelly Furtado providing the chorus “Is Anybody Out There” makes up for his previous effort.

This is another inspirational anthem from the “Wavin’ Flag” hitmaker which appears on his EP More Beautiful Than Silence.

By the looks of it this video is quite down to earth. This includes K’naan’s attire and that of his crew. Everything looks humble and believable.

This is the first video off the Somali-Canadian’s recently released EP, More Beautiful Than Silence.

Wow K’naan really outdid himself on this track. As of now his upcoming EP, More Beautiful Than Silence has leaked 2 songs (including this) and I’m pleased to say that both of them are good.

Listen to each verse carefully and you will be amazed. Not to forget Nelly Furtado who provides the chorus and a short verse towards the end. If you loved the vibe provided by “Wavin’ Flag” then there’s a possibility that you might find this equally joyous.

K’naan ft. Nas “Nothing To Lose” Single Streaming

The Somali-Canadian rapper K’naan waves his flag one more time with rapper Nas on the latest single off his upcoming EP, More Beautiful Than Silence.

It’s hard to rate this song mainly because the melody during the rap verses sound somewhat heavy whereas the melody during chorus sounds inspiring and joyous. The lyrics are an okay effort but K’naan’s pace is a bit too slow for my taste whereas Nas literally killed this track (in a good way).

After listening to this track for more than four times it would seem like a good idea for you to have this on your playlist.
