Jay Z & Kanye West “N*****s In Paris” Video Premiere

After “No Church In The Wild” this might be the most notable track on Jay & Kanye’s collaborative album, Watch The Throne. This also the second video & single off their collaborative album mentioned above.

The beat is explosive, the lyrics aren’t that bad but what matters is the overall end-product which turned out to be quite a club banger. Alas, the video is not that entertaining due to the 3D-fied concert footage despite been addled with controversial symbolism and epileptic lighting.

This is a must have for all hip hop enthusiasts. And is a formidable listen for fans of other genres.

Jay Z ft. Blue Ivy Carter “Glory” Single Premiere

Jay Z, a recent inductee to fatherhood dedicates an entire song for his new born daughter Blue Ivy Carter. No photos revealed due the couple  maintaining the highest levels of secrecy similarly to Tom Cruise’s baby affair.

This song was released a few days ago but I never paid much attention to it. And now that I did I must say that this is the most beautiful-lest rap song I’ve heard in a long time. No wonder Jay Z is the best rapper alive. This just reeks of emotion and great lyrics.

This track will be debuting on the Billboard’s at #74 next week.

Controversy

After her name was released to the public there has been quite a lot of controversy. Some fanatical groups called her Lucifer’s daughter, some speculated that she was not conceived by mommy Beyonce and other ignoramuses called her Illuminati’s Very Youngest. Now she’s called Satan thanks to a vandal attack at Beulah Baptist Church in North Carolina.

What a bunch of envious uneducated peasants! Two powerful people- whose power is all thanks to sheer talent-  is prone to religious scrutiny after giving birth (the most magical thing in the world)… Bitch Please!

Makes you think who the real Satan worshipers of the world are?

PS – Only cool parents give their children unique name’s so that they don’t have to use an corny aliases when gaming online. Use your brains for peeps sake :D

Jay Z & Kanye West “No Church In The Wild” Single Streaming

One of hip hop’s most highly anticipated albums next to Dr. Dre’s ever delayed Detox would be Jay’s and Kanye’s Watch The Throne which unleashed to world the moniker that is known as The Throne.
Whilst the album’s debut single “Otis” remained quite mediocre to my ears there are a few tracks which failed capturing the attention of the masses.

One of those tracks would be the Frank Ocean assisted song “No Church in the Wild”.
The Odd Future WGKTW member lends his haunting voice to the sinister beat making the single stand out quite a lot from the rest. Having Frank Ocean provide his vocals on this particular track would be another reason this single out does every other collaboration on the album including Beyonce’s.

Sadly this is one of those tracks addled by a variety of samples hence making it not original but yet catchy in a very bleak way.

Jay Z “99 Problems” Battlefield 3 trailer

So it took almost 6 years for EA Games to produce a direct sequel to their highly acclaimed video game Battlefield 2. The game is scheduled to drop by the end of October this year.

EA had announced that they were planning on a 100 million dollar marketing campaign for the upcoming Battlefield 3 whose prequel (BF2) earned four times that amount on the first few days of release.

This trailer features Jay Z’s hit single “99 Problems” from his 8th studio album titled The Black Album. Unfortunately for me the trailer wasn’t stunning enough nor was it long to make much of an impact.

Do you prefer B.o.B’s rendition of the Frank Sinatra classic “New York, New York” on the recently released Crysis 2 or the above?

Jay Z & Kanye West “Otis” Video Premiere

The duo’s debut video off their joint album, Watch The Throne which is predicted to sell over 500k copies during its first week of release.

The melody is simply awesome because it was sampled off Otis Redding’s track titled “Try A Little Tenderness” . Unfortunately this is one of those songs where both the guys flaunt their wealth and their success.

The video has Jay & Kanye modifying an expensive Maybach and turning it into a Back-To-The-Future kind of car. And I thought he was dissing Rick Ross.
Also Aziz Ansari (Park & Recreation, Get Him To The Greek, Scrubs) makes an appearance

Henceforth Jay Z & Kanye West will go under the moniker The Throne.
