CyHi Da Prynce “Chance To Explain” Video Premiere

This is how real hip hop is supposed to sound. Currently signed to Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music and Def Jam, CyHi spits word after word on this instrumental beat.

Apparently this track was featured on CyHi’s 2010 mixtape Royal Flush but the video was released just a few days ago. Better late than never huh?

The beat & melody incorporated in this track is mostly made using live instruments therefore giving it a certain air of freshness. The lyrics are also quite good compared to many other commercial rappers.

CyHi Da Prynce ft. B.o.B “Stadium” Video Premiere

This is my first post regarding CyHi on this blog and is also my first listen to a single from the G.O.O.D. music rapper. This single is off his 5 mixtape titled, Royal Flush 2 and is available for free download.

To be wholly honest this song is neither bad nor good, that is the melody and beat is typical hip hop whereas the chorus is beautifully done and doesn’t match up to the rest of the song probably because they were sampled off another song, country perhaps which I can’t seem to put my finger on.
Sadly B.o.B. doesn’t match up to this song. He should’ve been left out only because his flow doesn’t blend in with the rest of the track.
